AABestComfort.com is dedicated to delighting you with your bedding purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within the following guidelines.

Our products must be returned within 30 days of purchase; for manufacturer defects or unused items.

Returned merchandise must be in saleable condition.
To assist your final decision further, Our 30 days begins once your item has been shipped, not when ordered. We are open to negotiation on this matter, but not after 35 days.

Lifetime Warranty Information:

Most of DownTown Company’s products feature a lifetime warranty on craftsmanship. Requests for warranty support past 30 days are to be directed to AA Best Comfort for assistance.

Replacement is at the discretion of DownTown Company.

If you have an issue please contact AA Best Comfort.com first, and we will act as your advocate if your product has a defect. Please keep all original packing material and receipts, for your records.

An exchange,or method of payment refund may be requested when returning merchandise. Refunds of purchases will be credited to your credit card within two weeks or end of the month.

The following types of merchandise are not returnable:

  1. Any merchandise that has been used after 30 days.
  2. Bought with a store credit or exchange.
  3. Special Order or Final Sale items.

All items may be returned within 30 days if unused, items must appear resalable, and in original packing materials, with packing slip.

Down Comforters are under warranty for manufacturers defects for Life!

You must contact us to discuss your return, and receive return authorization to do so.

Affix label to the return package with clear tape. For your protection, please ship via Fed Ex Ground, UPS Ground, or the United States Postal Service with proof of delivery. If your package is lost in return shipment and if it cannot be tracked, we cannot replace it.

Please note: AA Best will not pay for shipping of returned items.
however, We will pay for shipping of items shipped incorrectly by us, compared to your original purchase order receipt.
